Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Legal entity name pending], Sample Street 1 (Demo), 8000 Paphos, Cyprus, hello@meridian-demo.example) by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction to make the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point you inform us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services covered by the contract (§ 357a(2) BGB).

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires, for a contract for the provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, if you expressly agreed before we began performance that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed.
