Information we need for the cancellation

• Type of cancellation (ordinary or for cause)
• Reason for cancellation, only for a cancellation for cause
• Your identification: name, email, optionally contract or customer number
• Description of the contract
• Desired end date: as soon as possible or a specific date
• An email address for the confirmation

After you submit your cancellation, we confirm receipt immediately in text form by email, stating the date and time of receipt as well as the date your contract ends. Your access remains active until the end of your contract.
